I can’t believe it’s been a month since we moved from our starter home to a forever home after selling the starter to Amos with KPS!

I owned the old property in a rougher area of Wichita and had some issues that would have taken some money to get to code if we went with a traditional sale. (Never a good sign after buying a home if your long time plumber comes in and says “I’ve never seen it done that way before”). We talked with a friend of ours who I used to rent from about what he thought we’d get for it from a cash offer place or selling traditional/auction and what he’d recommend.

Amos was great!! – we had an OLD house in Augusta that after the cold snap in January I was done with. Amos came out and gave me an offer we felt was adequate.
